4 new series to air on ifilm English channel this week

4 new Iranian series are slated to begin airing on ifilm’s English TV channel in the coming week.

ifilm English TV has set to air ‘A Mother’s Sacrifices’, ‘The Final Game’, ‘Cold Fever’, and ‘It was an Angle’ for this week.

‘A Mother’s Sacrifices’ is a story about the true meaning of forgiveness. Ateneh abandoned her three month old baby and left him to be raised by his father, Khalil. When she shows up after twenty years and does anything she can to be forgiven, Khalil just can’t find it in his heart to do it. But, as tragedy hits their family, everything changes.

‘The Final Game’ is about Qobad who is a young man and has always dreamed of being a professional football player. But there’s just one problem – Qobad isn’t very good at football. Despite this, through a serious of strange circumstances, Qobad finds himself on a team in Iran’s Premier League. His dream has finally come true, but being a professional football player isn’t quite what Qobad thought it would be.

‘Cold Fever’ is about Shahab Kianfar who is a man on the verge of bankruptcy, despised by his father-in-law. He desperately needs to pull himself out of the situation. When he realizes no other choice is available than to trick his nearest and dearest, he makes a plot that he thinks can surely extricate him from his distressing problem. But before he even sets his plans into motion, he finds himself drowning in a horrific series of events he had not anticipated; events that might eventually destroy what’s left of himself and his broken family.

‘It was an Angle’, Behzad is a religious man who tries to live a righteous life, but sometimes his holier-than-thou attitude towards others makes him blind to his own shortcomings. When he gets into an accident with a mysterious girl on a deserted road, his faith is put to the test. Now it is time for Behzad to differentiate good from evil and make the right decision.

‘A Mother’s Sacrifices’, ‘The final Game’ are to be aired on Wednesday, May 16. ‘Cold Fever’, ‘It was an Angle’ will be aired on Thursday, May 17.
